<p>I've been reading about Lincoln now for well over a decade, beginning with a little known book by Dale Carnegie, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Lincoln the Unknown</span>.</p>
<p>Some accounts are better than others, but amazingly, with each addition I find new insights, different perspectives, and fresh evidence for why Abraham Lincoln is and will likely remain the transcendent American president.</p>
